OrbitALL Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026 Company: Inspector Game Studios Ltd Contact: [email protected]

About this policy

This notice applies to the OrbitALL mobile app for iPhone and Android, published by Inspector Game Studios Ltd. It explains the information used by the app and the choices available to players. The same policy applies on both platforms. Optional services may vary by platform and app version; each section applies only where the described service is available. You can play the core game without signing into an account.

Progress on your device

Scores, unlocked items, discoveries, tutorial progress and settings are saved on your device. The app does not upload its local progress file to a studio server or sync it to a studio account. Device-level backups are controlled by your platform and its settings. On Android, your device's backup may keep a copy of this progress and these settings in your own Google account backup; the ad, consent and sign-in services' data stored on the device and the local recovery copies are left out of it, and a restored copy does not turn daily reminders on for the new device. Removing app data can erase local progress. If you confirm Start Fresh after a save problem, the app preserves existing save files locally for recovery before creating a new profile.

Your age

The first time the app opens, it asks for the year you were born. The answer is saved only on this device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, it is left out of device backups, and it cannot be changed in the app; removing and reinstalling the app asks again. The app uses it only to choose the settings described below. Because only a year is asked, the app counts you as the youngest you could be: for example, in 2026 a player born in 2013 is treated as 12. Until the question is answered, the app uses the settings for players under 13.

Three groups are used in this policy: - Players under 13, anywhere. - Players aged 13 to 17 in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland. The app counts you as being there if your device's region setting is one of those countries, or if Google's consent tool says privacy rules for those countries apply. - Everyone else.

Daily leaderboards

Where platform leaderboards are available, the app uses Google Play Games on Android or Apple Game Center on iPhone. Signing in allows your Daily score and gaming display name to appear on that service's leaderboard. The app uses your platform player identifier to associate submissions with the signed-in player. For players under 13, the app signs in only when the player taps Connect or Leaderboard. For other players, the app may sign in automatically when the device already has a Play Games or Game Center account. You can play without signing in; your score then remains local. Manage your gaming profile and information through your Google or Apple account and the platform's gaming-service controls.

Ads

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. There are two kinds: - Optional rewarded videos. You choose to watch one to continue a run, or to swap one of the day's challenges for another, once a day. - Full-screen ads between runs. None are shown in your first session. After that, one may be shown when you return to the menu, at most once every 10 runs and at most once every 5 minutes. There are no ads during play and no banner ads.

The Remove Ads purchase turns off the full-screen ads. The optional rewarded videos stay available.

How ads are chosen depends on your group: - Under 13: ad requests are marked as child-directed and under the age of consent, ad content is limited to a G rating, and ads are never personalised. - 13 to 17 in the UK, EEA or Switzerland: ad requests are marked as under the age of consent, ad content is limited to a T rating, and ads are never personalised. - Everyone else: ad content is limited to a T rating. Ads may be personalised only if you agree in Google's consent message where one is shown and, on iPhone, only if you allow tracking when Apple's prompt asks. If you do not agree, ads are not personalised. Players under 18 are never shown Google's consent message.

Personalised ads are chosen using information about your activity across apps and websites. Non-personalised ads are chosen from things like the app itself and your general location. On iPhone, the app explains Apple's tracking prompt before it appears, and only to players who are not in the first two groups; nothing in the game depends on your answer.

Before the first ad is requested, the app checks with Google's consent tool whether a privacy message is needed where you are. Where Google's consent tool requires it, Settings shows AD PRIVACY OPTIONS so you can review or change your choice. On Android, Google's ad service may use the device's advertising ID for players in the last group, to personalise ads where you have agreed and for measurement and fraud prevention; it is not used for players under 13, whose ad requests are child-directed. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings. On iPhone, the advertising identifier is available to ads only if you allow tracking. These settings do not mean no information is transmitted: Google's ad service may receive IP address, approximate location derived from it, ad interactions, diagnostic information and other device identifiers such as app set ID for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Purchases

The app sells Remove Ads, which also includes a set of cosmetics, and seasonal trails that are on sale around their holiday and kept once bought. There are no subscriptions, no loot boxes and no paid continues. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store, under your Google or Apple account; we never receive your card or payment details. The app receives only confirmation of what this account owns, saves it on the device, and checks it with the store when the app starts. Restore Purchases in Settings asks the store again. Refunds and purchase history are managed through Google or Apple.

Usage and crash reports

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics, for usage reports, and Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reports. What runs depends on your group: - Under 13: neither. Nothing about how you play, and no crash report, is sent by the app. - 13 to 17 in the UK, EEA or Switzerland: crash reports only, with a CRASH REPORTS switch in Settings to turn them off. - Everyone else: usage and crash reports, with a USAGE & CRASH REPORTS switch in Settings to turn them off.

Nothing is sent before the age question is answered. Usage reports record when a run starts and ends, whether it was the Daily, its score, distance, zone, what ended it and similar game figures, and when a rewarded video was watched to continue. Firebase also records basic app use, such as when the app is opened and for how long. Crash reports record technical details of a crash, such as the device model, operating-system version and where in the app it happened. Firebase uses an identifier for this install of the app, and receives your IP address, which can suggest a general location. The app does not give Firebase your name, your advertising ID, your gaming account or your age. We use these reports to fix problems and improve the game, never for advertising. Google's information about Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Separately, if the app crashes or stops responding, Google Play on Android or Apple on iPhone may collect crash and performance information under your device's settings, such as Usage & diagnostics on Android or Analytics & Improvements on iPhone.

Reminders and sharing

Daily reminders are scheduled locally on supported devices. The game does not send notification reminders through a studio server. Sharing creates a short summary of your run and opens your device's share controls or offers a copy action. You choose whether and where to send it. The destination service's policies apply after sharing.

Children and parents

OrbitALL is made for players aged 13 and over, but younger players may play it. It has no in-game chat. For players under 13 it uses the child settings described above: child-directed, non-personalised ads rated G, no usage or crash reports, and sign-in only when the player taps Connect or Leaderboard. Purchases are made through the Google or Apple account on the device, where parents can require approval. Parents can contact us with privacy questions. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information about a child in a support email.

Contact, choices and deletion

Email [email protected] with privacy questions or requests about information associated with the game. If you contact us, your email address and the information you provide are used to handle that request. Start Fresh resets current progress but preserves recovery copies locally. Removing app data can erase local files. Information already sent to Google, Apple or a sharing destination is managed separately. To ask for usage and crash reports from your install to be deleted, email us; turning the switch off stops new reports.

Updates

Updated notices will be available in Settings with a new date when the app's privacy practices change.
